Andrew Hardy Classics Car Show
Since its start in 2023, the Andrew Hardy Classics Car Show has been a heartfelt project for us. We began with a simple hope of bringing classic car enthusiasts together. Each show features a welcoming mix of classic cars, a handful of food and drink vendors, and sometimes even a famous face stopping by. We’re grateful to see the show gets bigger each time, and we’re thankful for everyone who chooses to be part of it.

Andrew Hardy Classics Car Show 2024
The Andrew Hardy Classics Car Show 2024 was held on Saturday 1st June 2024 at Thornley Hall Farm in County Durham, marking the show’s second annual running. Building on the interest from its inaugural year, the event expanded into a full-day celebration of classic vehicles and motoring culture, drawing over 400 exhibitors and a wide public turnout.
Visitors enjoyed an eclectic mix of classic cars, motorbikes, tractors, and even historic lorries, with vehicles ranging from very early veteran cars (as far back as 1904) to modern performance and supercars. Highlights included lovingly restored Ford Sierra Cosworths, charming Austin Sevens, classic Triumph motorbikes, vintage Ford tractors, and an impressive steam engine display.
The relaxed, friendly atmosphere made the show enjoyable for seasoned enthusiasts and families alike, with plenty of time to explore each exhibit, talk to owners, and appreciate the diversity of vehicles on display. What set this year apart was the unique variety — from rare vintage runabouts to exotic modern machines — all showcased side-by-side.
The show also featured appearances from familiar faces in the classic car community, including Paul and Charlie Mathewson from the Bangers and Cash series, who supported the event once again, adding to the day’s appeal.
Overall, 2024’s show was a warm and welcoming celebration of motoring heritage, embodying our passion for classic vehicles while steadily growing in size and spirit.
